Or, simply throw together this potato salad or curry mayonnaise dip, complete with mini mayonnaise pizzas.

Tomato relish
This chunky tomato and onion condiment is not only great for adding to toasted sandwiches, burgers and cold meat platters, but can enhance the flavour of many dishes. Try spooning it into terracotta dishes before cracking in eggs and baking in the oven, or add a few tablespoons to a tomato-based sauce for pasta, meatballs or oven bakes for unbeatable depth of flavour.

Sweet chilli sauce
There's no better way to use up your leftover sweet chilli sauce than by pouring it over a dome of cream cheese for the ultimate dip. If all else fails use it up in this caramelised sweet chilli steak, chicken stir fry or chilli, soy and garlic prawns.

Barbecue sauce
Infuse your cooking with that distinct smoky flavour that is loved in American-style barbecue sauces. Pulled pork and lamb chops are one of the best vehicles for this smoky sauce, so try teaming them up with warm rolls and a good coleslaw to ensure you make the most of their unique flavour. Or, If you're after a little Italian, try our classic spag bol or these beautiful bacon and cheese rissoles. Yum!
