An absolute winner that is so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 beef rib-eye steak
- 350 ml thickened cream
- 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method

Step 1Pan fry steaks in oil on high heat until browned on both sides. Remove steaks from the pan.

Step 2Add cream and bring to the boil. Turn heat down to medium and stir continuously until cream thickens and becomes golden, approximately 5 minutes.

Step 3Add sweet chilli sauce and continue stirring for 2 minutes.

Step 4Return steaks to the pan and increase heat to high, then cook to preference.
Recipe Notes
Serve on a bed of mash with steamed veges. I love to add spinach on top of mash. Rump steak can also be used.
