A quick, easy and tasty sweet chilli stir-fry for the beginner.
Ingredients
- 5 chicken thighs cut into pieces
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tbs fresh red chilli finely chopped
- 1 tbs garlic crushed
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 onion sliced
- 5 spring onion chopped
Method

Step 1In a wok on medium heat, add cooking oil.

Step 2Add the garlic and chilli and combine.

Step 3Add chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 4Add onions and spring onions.

Step 5Stir in brown sugar, soy, Worcestershire and fish sauces, cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 6Serve with steamed rice.
