I have made this since I learnt to cook at age 12. It is great for dinner or lunch, with a salad on the side.

Ingredients

  • 440 g tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cup short pasta
  • 4 bacon rashers finely chopped
  • 1 cup Woolworths Tasty Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Boil pasta until it is cooked through.

  • Step 3
    Fry onion and bacon in pan until both are browned.
  • Step 4
    In a bowl, mix the tomato soup, tasty cheese and milk. Add the bacon and onion.
  • Step 5
    Add the cooked pasta and mix all ingredients well.
  • Step 6
    Pour into a greased lasagne dish. Top with the extra cheese.
  • Step 7
    Bake for 45 minutes
  • Step 8
    Serve with a garden salad.

  • 1 bowl
Recipe Notes

You can use any type of small pasta, I usually use shells or penne. I use Big Red tomato soup.

For a savoury twist on this recipe, try swapping out the can of soup with combined MAGGI Tomato and Onion Sausages recipe mix and 400ml of water plus 1/3 cup of tomato paste..
