A yummy spaghetti bolognaise sauce that bursts with flavour and is quick and easy. A family favourite and one the kids love!
Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 onion diced large
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 800 g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 zucchini chopped small
- 1/2 green capsicum chopped
- 6 mushrooms finely chopped
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbs mixed dried herbs
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
Method

Step 1Spray a non stick pan with some spray oil and fry up the onion, mushrooms, garlic, zucchini and capsicum until tender.

Step 2Add the meat, brown and break up any lumps.

Step 3Add the salt, pepper, tomatoes and sauces. Stir well and allow to simmer until sauce has reduced slightly.

Step 4Add herbs and serve with cooked pasta and grated tasty or parmesan cheese.

Recipe Notes
You could use 1/2 cup fresh herbs instead of dry herbs.
