  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 1 onion chopped medium
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 4 egg beaten

Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan, add onion and sauté until transparent.

Serve bread mixture in the centre of dish and ring the prawns around the outside. Pour over wine sauce and top with bacon.
Recipe Notes
You wont need anything else with this one, the bread sauce is very filling.
