Nice for a snack or party.
Ingredients
- 4 potato large peeled washed
- 2 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 cup oil
Method

Step 1Cut potatoes into wafer thin slices.

Step 2Place potatoes into salted water and allow to stand for 1-2 hours.

Step 3Drain potatoes and dry thoroughly.

Step 4Heat oil in pan. Fry potatoes a few at a time, shaking during cooking.

Step 5Cook until golden, for about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Recipe Notes
Serve hot or cold and sprinkle with salt of your choice.
