Ingredients

  • 4 potato large peeled washed
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 cup oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Cut potatoes into wafer thin slices.
  • Step 2
    Place potatoes into salted water and allow to stand for 1-2 hours.
  • Step 3
    Drain potatoes and dry thoroughly.
  • Step 4
    Heat oil in pan. Fry potatoes a few at a time, shaking during cooking.
  • Step 5
    Cook until golden, for about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Recipe Notes
Serve hot or cold and sprinkle with salt of your choice.
