Ingredients

  • 30 ml oil
  • 750 g pork mince
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 285 g tomato soup
  • 1 cabbage cut into strips
  • 285 ml water

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a large fry pan and saute pork and onions.
  • Step 2
    Mix tomato soup and water in a bowl.
  • Step 3
    In an oven proof dish, place alternative layers of pork and cabbage strips.
  • Step 4
    Pour soup mixture over the top, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 45-60 minutes at 180C.
Recipe Notes
You can also add herbs and spices of choice. I used canned cream tomato soup.
