Traditional delicious home baked pork.
Ingredients
- 30 ml oil
- 750 g pork mince
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 285 g tomato soup
- 1 cabbage cut into strips
- 285 ml water
Method

Step 1Heat oil in a large fry pan and saute pork and onions.

Step 2Mix tomato soup and water in a bowl.

Step 3In an oven proof dish, place alternative layers of pork and cabbage strips.

Step 4Pour soup mixture over the top, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5Bake for 45-60 minutes at 180C.
Recipe Notes
You can also add herbs and spices of choice. I used canned cream tomato soup.
