Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried figs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbs tahini
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs water
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds *to decorate

Method

  • Step 1
Add all of the ingredients, except the water and sesame seeds, into a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth. If the mixture is too dry, add the water and blend until just combined.
  • Step 2
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over a plate.
  • Step 3
Roll the blended mixture into balls of your desired size, then roll each ball in the sesame seeds to coat.
  • Step 4
Place the bliss balls into an airtight container and refrigerate to set. Store them in the fridge for 4-5 days, or freeze them for up to a fortnight.
