Very easy to make for beginners.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method

Step 1Place all ingredients ina bowl and mix until it forms a dough.

Step 2Knead dough until all ingredients are combined and dough is smooth. If dough is sticking to your hands, add flour and knead.

Step 3Wrap dough in cling/plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 4Sprinkle bench with flour, cut the dough in half or more and roll out pasta enough to fit threw your pasta roller. Flour dough between each roll. Roll dough threw twice on each number.

Recipe Notes
Flour dough between each roll.
Start rolling pasta on no.7 and roll through twice on each number. I stop rolling after my dough has gone threw number 2.
