Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 12 medjool dates
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
Method

Step 1Place the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a food processor, and blend on high speed until the seeds are the consistency of fine crumbs.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients, and blitz until well combined. Mixture should stick together between your fingers.

Step 3Roll into bite-sized balls and coat in coconut.

Step 4Store in the refrigerator.

You can use cacao in place of cocoa powder if you prefer.
