This recipe is quick and easy, and will satisfy the whole family.
Ingredients
- 800 g lean beef mince
- 1 bread roll large
- 300 ml milk
- 500 g Brussels sprouts chopped
- 200 g salami cut into pieces
- 2 pinches white pepper
- 4 pinches salt
- 4 egg lightly beaten
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 potato finely grated medium
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C. Cover bread roll in milk and let it soak until absorbed.

Step 2To make the mixture mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Lightly grease baking meat loaf with cooking spray and place the mixture in.

Step 3Place loaf in preheated oven for about one hour or when insert the skewer the juice is clear.

Step 4Serve the meat loaf with cooked potatoes and vegetables.
