Brussels Sprout Homemade Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 800 g lean beef mince
  • 1 bread roll large
  • 300 ml milk
  • 500 g Brussels sprouts chopped
  • 200 g salami cut into pieces
  • 2 pinches white pepper
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 4 egg lightly beaten
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 potato finely grated medium

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C. Cover bread roll in milk and let it soak until absorbed.
  • Step 2
    To make the mixture mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Lightly grease baking meat loaf with cooking spray and place the mixture in.
  • Step 3
    Place loaf in preheated oven for about one hour or when insert the skewer the juice is clear.
  • Step 4
    Serve the meat loaf with cooked potatoes and vegetables.

Recipe Notes
I normally use Polish salami.
