Ingredients

  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 banana small
  • 4 tsp cacao powder
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup rice milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in one medium jar/container or evenly distribute into two. Mix to combine then place in fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
