Another party food or just for a snack.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken mince
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 3 green onion thinly sliced
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1 capsicum finely chopped small
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tbs ginger sweet chilli sauce
- 3 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg lightly beaten to coat
- 2 tbs sesame seeds
Method

Step 1Combine mince, garlic, onion, carrot, capsicum, egg, breadcrumbs and sauce in a large bowl; mix well.

Step 2Cut pastry sheets in half lengthways.

Step 3Place equal amounts of filling mixture lengthways along the centre of each pastry piece; roll each pastry piece, from one wide edge, to enclose the filling. Brush each roll with extra egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 4Cut each roll into 3 pieces; place on lightly greased oven trays.

Step 5Bake at 220C, for 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Step 6Serve rolls with extra sweet chilli sauce, or sauces choice, for dipping.

No need to go for take-away it will only take a little time to make these. And healthier.
