Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken mince
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 3 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped small
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbs ginger sweet chilli sauce
  • 3 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg lightly beaten to coat
  • 2 tbs sesame seeds

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine mince, garlic, onion, carrot, capsicum, egg, breadcrumbs and sauce in a large bowl; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Cut pastry sheets in half lengthways.
  • Step 3
    Place equal amounts of filling mixture lengthways along the centre of each pastry piece; roll each pastry piece, from one wide edge, to enclose the filling. Brush each roll with extra egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Step 4
    Cut each roll into 3 pieces; place on lightly greased oven trays.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 220C, for 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  • Step 6
    Serve rolls with extra sweet chilli sauce, or sauces choice, for dipping.
Recipe Notes
No need to go for take-away it will only take a little time to make these. And healthier.
