Recipe Notes
What is Caramilk cream cheese?
Philadelphia Caramilk Cream Cheese Spread is a thin cream cheese suitable for cooking, infused with the caramelised white chocolate flavour of Caramilk chocolate. If you can't find this product, you can use regular cream cheese and add a little sugar to sweeten. The result will still be a delicious cheesecake flavour, particularly when it's rolled in Caramilk!
You can also substitute Digestive biscuits for other sweet, plain biscuits.
