This 2-ingredient white chocolate mousse is easy enough even for the most basic cook. Grab some cream and white chocolate and you're good to go!
Ingredients
- 250 g white chocolate melts
- 600 ml cream
Method

Step 1Place chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Add 120ml (1/2 cup) cream and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Step 2Stir until the chocolate has entirely melted. Cool to room temperature (around 20 minutes).

Step 3Using an electric mixer, beat the remaining cream until soft peaks form.

Step 4Add half of the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture and fold through. Add the remaining whipped cream and fold again until the mixture is completely combined.

Step 5Place into serving dishes and chill for 2 hours. Garnish with fresh fruit or grated chocolate and serve.
