Your favourite French spread that's keto-friendly.
Ingredients
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 1 brown onion chopped
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 4 anchovy fillets finely chopped
- 1 tbs capers drained rinsed
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 bunch parsley fresh
- 1/4 bunch tarragon fresh
Method

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a frypan over a medium heat.

Step 2Add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Step 5Add this mix to a blender with all the remaining ingredients and blitz for 20-30 seconds or until combined.

Step 6Transfer to an airtight jar and store in the fridge.
