Ingredients

Bliss balls

  • 1 cup dates
  • 2 tbs almond butter
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 handful almonds raw
  • 2 tbs LSA seed mix
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 25g chocolate protein powder *optional

Almond butter drizzle

  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbs water

Method

  • Step 1
    Bliss balls: Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the mixture comes together. Roll the mixture into balls and place in a container lined with baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Almond butter drizzle: Add the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Drizzle over balls.
  • Step 3
    Place the bliss balls into the fridge or freezer for 20 minutes, or until set.
Recipe Notes

Add a serving of protein powder before blending for an extra protein hit.

Store in the fridge for up to one week. These bliss balls can also be frozen for up to two weeks.
