This is a very nice, simple Thai dish. It consists of healthy vegetables that you can enjoy with your family or friends. When you get the hang of it, it can be cooked in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cm ginger finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 chicken breast fillet cut into strips
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 carrot julienned
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 cup water
Method

Step 1Heat fry pan and add oil.

Step 2Add garlic when oil is bubbling, then add the onion and cook until onion is almost cooked.

Step 3Add chicken and fry until cooked.

Step 4Add the ginger and stir.

Step 5Add the sauces and stir thoroughly.

Step 6Add the vegetables and stir.

Step 7Add the water and stir a little.

Step 8Serve with steamed rice.
Recipe Notes
You can add the sauces and water together in a bowl before cooking it with the other ingredients. Other vegetables may be added or substituted as desired. Use meat of choice.
