Violet Crumble creator Robert Menz has just dropped a caramelised white chocolate version of Australia’s favourite honeycomb bar, and with all the snacking we’re planning, our teeth are going to be in trouble!
The confectionery company noticed that almost 30% of its customer base expressed keen interest in the idea of a caramelised white chocolate.
“When we first trialled the new flavour combo we instantly knew we were on to something.” CEO Phil Sims said. “You bite into that smooth caramel flavour, followed by the shattering sharpness of the honeycomb and it smells incredible.”
Well, the people can’t be wrong!
