Ingredients

Base

  • 250g Arnott's Nice biscuits
  • 1/3 cup butter melted

Filling

  • 500g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 50g Nestle Violet Crumble chocolate honeycomb bar crushed
  • 1/2 cup thickened cream

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix biscuits crumbs and butter in blender, and then press into a 20cm springform pan and refrigerate.
  • Step 2
    Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add sugar and cream and mix.

  • Step 3
    Fold crushed Violet Crumble into mixture and refrigerate until set.

Equipment

  • 20cm springform pan
