Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups strawberry yoghurt
  • 2 tbs strawberry jam

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Step 2
    Pour into moulds and freeze.
  • Step 3
    After 1-½ hours, push a paddle pop stick into the mould. Return to freezer until ice block has hardened.

  • 1 food processor
  • 1 freezer
  • 10 paddle pop sticks
Recipe Notes
You can use any fruit, yoghurt or jam of your choice.
