Ingredients

  • 2 persimmon ripe
  • 1 banana peeled quartered ripe
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk chilled
  • 1/4 cup water chilled
  • 2 medjool dates seeds removed
  • 1/2 tsp ginger fresh peeled sliced
  • 3/4 g nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients to a blender and process you have achieved a smooth consistency. Serve.
