Ingredients
- 2 persimmon ripe
- 1 banana peeled quartered ripe
- 3/4 cup coconut milk chilled
- 1/4 cup water chilled
- 2 medjool dates seeds removed
- 1/2 tsp ginger fresh peeled sliced
- 3/4 g nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Method

Step 1Add all ingredients to a blender and process you have achieved a smooth consistency. Serve.
