A delicious, creamy pasta salad.
Ingredients
- 500g spirals pasta shapes
- 1 onion diced medium
- 250g cheddar cheese diced
- 2 tbs curry powder
- 470g mayonnaise
Method

Step 1Boil pasta according to packet instructions, drain and cool.

Step 2When pasta is cool add the onion and cheese.

Step 3Mix the mayonnaise and curry powder and add to the other ingredients.

Step 4Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
Recipe Notes
I used Kraft cheddar cheese, Keen's Traditional curry powder and Praise Traditional mayonnaise. We have tried this recipe with other mayonnaises, cheeses and curry powders and found that the results are never as good as when we use the ingredients named above. Salad can be eaten sooner but a better flavour is achieved if left for a few hours.
