The quickest, tastiest quiche I have ever eaten.
Ingredients
- 1/2 packet biscuits
- 1 onion diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup cheese grated
- 1 cup ham (deli) diced
Method

Step 1Crush Jatz biscuits in a bowl.

Step 2Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Step 3Bake in a greased quiche dish for approximately 30 minutes at 180C.
Recipe Notes
Use Jatz biscuits. The cheaper brand of crackers work well.The Jatz don't have to be perfectly crushed, just smallish pieces. I also use diced chicken, tinned tuna and salmon. Tomato slices can also be added to decorate. In fact anything you like can be added, even leftover vegies. Whatever is your heart's desire.
