Ingredients

  • 170 g Maggi chicken-flavoured 2-minute noodles
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables grated
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ham (deli) chopped
  • 1/2 cup light tasty cheese

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Lightly spray a muffin pan with olive oil.
  • Step 3
    Cook noodles as directed - reserving flavour sachets - and then drain.
  • Step 4
    Add reserved flavour sachets and remaining ingredients, and mix well.
  • Step 5
    Spoon equal portions into muffin pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.

Equipment

  • 1 muffin pan
Recipe Notes

Cheese may be sprinkled on top of muffins instead of including in ingredients.

Ham can be substituted with bacon.

Give these noodle cups a chow mein twist by replacing the chicken noodle flavour sachet with a sachet of MAGGI Mince Chow Mein Recipe mix.
