A light and easy mousse.
Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk chilled
- 1 1/2 tbs gelatine
- 1 tbs drinking chocolate powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cream whipped *to serve
- 1 block chocolate grated *to serve
Method

Step 1Dissolve chocolate and gelatine in ½ cup boiling water.

Step 2Beat evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.

Step 3Fold in cooled gelatine mixture.

Step 4Pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate until set.

Step 5Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate to serve.
Recipe Notes
You can substitute some of the drinking chocolate for instant coffee if a stronger taste is required.
