This 'cookie dough' slice is great for those following a vegan lifestyle or just want a healthy alternative. It is both dairy and egg free!
Ingredients
- 400 g chickpeas drained rinsed
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbs raw cacao nibs
- 2 tbs maple sugar
- 2 tbs vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method

Step 1Remove the skin from the chickpeas.

Step 2Line a tupperware or metal tray with cling wrap

Step 3Add all ingredients, apart from the cacao nibs to a food processor and blend until thoroughly mixed. Once well combined add the cacao nibs and mix.

Step 4Press mixture firmly into cling wrapped tray.

Step 5Chill in fridge for at least one hour and cut into slices to serve

Recipe Notes
If allergic to peanuts you can substitute the peanut butter with an alternative nut butter.
