A super quick and easy recipe for veal lovers.
Ingredients
- 8 veal steaks
- 250 ml cream
- 3 tbs pine nuts
- 3 tbs wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 spring onion finely chopped
Method

Step 1Flatten veal with a meat tenderiser.

Step 2Add oil to electric frypan and allow to become hot.

Step 3Add veal to frypan and lightly cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 4Add mustard, cream and pinenuts to frypan and stir well so all steaks become covered in the sauce.

Step 5Simmer for a further 5-7 minutes, sprinkle lightly with cracked pepper and shallots before serving.

- 1 frying pan
Recipe Notes
Beautiful served with crisp, steamed vegetables and mashed potato or parmesan potatoes. You can also use avocado oil.
