This coconut water and turmeric tonic the perfect pick-me-up after any overindulgence. Made with hydrating coconut water, anti-inflammatory turmeric and invigorating cayenne, you'll have a spring in your step in no time at all.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
- 250ml coconut water
Method

Step 1In a tall glass, mix the lemon juice, cayenne pepper, maple syrup and turmeric until well combined.
