This tuna supreme is a creamy, cheesy pasta bake with lots of flavour - delicious comfort food.
Ingredients
- 250g pasta elbows
- 500g tin cream of chicken soup
- 250g light sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 425g tin tuna, drained
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C. Cook pasta according to packet instructions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add tuna and cheese. Season well with plenty of salt and pepper. Add pasta. Mix well. Pour into a medium oven dish. Sprinkle with panko bread crumbs. Bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Recipe Notes
You could add peas, corn, grated zucchini or diced capsicum, as well as chopped herbs to the mix.
Serve with steamed vegetables or a green salad.
