Ingredients

  • 425 g canned tuna in springwater drained flaked
  • 300 g cream-style canned corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp curry powder *to taste
  • 1 tsp chives chopped
  • 2 tbs oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl and set aside for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2
    Heat oil and fry spoonfuls of mixture until browned and heated through.
Recipe Notes

Adjust seasonings to taste and add other diced, cooked vegetables as desired. Use herbs of choice.
