Easy tuna fritters that are nice served with salad.
Ingredients
- 425 g canned tuna in springwater drained flaked
- 300 g cream-style canned corn
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tsp curry powder *to taste
- 1 tsp chives chopped
- 2 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl and set aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2Heat oil and fry spoonfuls of mixture until browned and heated through.
Recipe Notes
Adjust seasonings to taste and add other diced, cooked vegetables as desired. Use herbs of choice.
