A nice variation on the old mashed spuds.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potato
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp French mustard
- 1 tbs chives chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1 pinch paprika *to taste
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 210C.

Step 2Boil and mash potatoes.

Step 3Mix in mayonnaise, mustard and chives.

Step 4Spread into a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika.

Step 5Bake for 30 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Spring onion can be used. Nutmeg can substitute paprika.
