Quick to make with loads of taste.
Ingredients
- 6 potato cubed peeled
- 1 sweet potato cubed peeled
- 2 tbs olive oil
Dressing
- 3 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs brown sugar
Method

Step 1Boil cubed potato and sweet potato for 10 minutes in a saucepan of salted water.

Step 2Using a glass jar, mix together the dressing ingredients and shake well.

Step 3Drain potatoes, then fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown.

Step 4Transfer potatoes to a serving plate and pour dressing over while still warm.
Recipe Notes
Decorate with chilli, capsicum, spring onions and coriander.
