A tasty and economical chicken drumstick dish.
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken drumstick
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbs fruit chutney
Method

Step 1Place chicken drumsticks in a bowl and put aside.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together well and pour over chicken drumsticks.

Step 3Cover and place in fridge and allow to marinate for a minimum of 3 hours.

Step 4Place chicken drumsticks in an oven proof dish and bake at 200C for 45 minutes - 1 hour, depending on size of drumsticks.

Step 5Baste the chicken drumsticks with remaining marinade once or twice during the cooking process.

Recipe Notes
For extra hot drumsticks, add some freshly chopped chili, as much or as little as you like. Serve with potato wedges, steamed vegetables or a tossed salad.
