A different way to enjoy sausages.
Ingredients
- 6 sausage thick
- 2 potato chopped
- 6 bacon rashers
- 1/4 cup cheese grated
Method

Step 1Place sausages in saucepan and boil until cooked.

Step 2Boil potatoes until soft.

Step 3Mash potatoes, adding some grated cheese.

Step 4Cut 2 slits in each sausage widthways towards the end, and then one down the centre.

Step 5Push centre slit open with fingers and fill with mash potato.

Step 6Wrap a bacon rasher around each sausage and secure the ends with a toothpick.

Step 7Place sausages onto a baking tray and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 8Bake at 180C for approximately 20 minutes or until bacon crisps and cheese browns.
