This delicious trifle celebrates fresh strawberries, jam rolls, pink mousse and lots of cream! It's a twist on the traditional and perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients
- 375g jam swiss roll
- 2 x strawberry jelly crystals
- 1 x Greens strawberry mousse mix
- 375ml milk
- 500ml cream
- 250 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 Flake bar, to decorate
Method

Step 1Mix one packet of jelly according to the instructions. Allow to set in the fridge.

Step 2Line a trifle bowl with 250g of sliced jam roll. Make up the second box of jelly according to instructions, and pour the second jelly mix over the swiss roll. Allow to set in the fridge.

Step 3Mix the mousse powder with milk and beat until thick and fluffy.

Step 4Remove trifle bowl from fridge and layer with the first batch of set jelly. Layer mousse over the jelly. Top with the remaining sliced jam roll. Top with whipped cream.

Step 5Decorate with sliced strawberries and crushed Flake bar.
