A super easy spinach pie with loads of flavour.
Ingredients
- 250 g frozen spinach drained thawed
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 2 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 3 egg lightly beaten
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1 seasoning *to taste
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2Pour into a 18 cm x 28 cm oven proof dish.

Step 3Bake at 200C for 30 minutes until golden.
