Great for a party or BBQ. A real hit with all.
Ingredients
- 250 g frozen spinach
- 300 ml sour cream
- 250 g tasty cheese grated
- 45 g vegetable soup mix
- 1 cob loaf
- 1 tsp garlic to coat
- 1 tbs butter to coat
Method

Step 1Place all ingredients except cob loaf in a sauce pan and cook until thick and creamy.

Step 2Slice top off loaf and pull out centre in big chunks and set aside.

Step 3Place cooked ingredients in loaf and replace top.

Step 4Melt butter and garlic together. Baste all over the cob with butter and garlic mixture.

Step 5Place in preheated 190C oven to crisp the cob.

Step 6Serve with left over chunks of bread, vegetable sticks or crackers.
