The easiest lasagne I have ever made!
Ingredients
- 10 lasagne sheets broken into pieces
- 700 g lean beef mince
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 800 g canned whole tomatoes
- 150 g tomato paste
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella grated
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbs dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Method

Step 1Brown onion, crushed garlic and mince in a frypan, then place in the slow cooker.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.

Step 3Add in broken lasagne sheets and stir well.

Step 4Cook on low for 7-9 hours, or on high for 3½-4½ hours.

Recipe Notes
I cook this on high in the slow cooker for 4 hours and it's always perfect.
