Easy and tasty.
Ingredients
- 8 lamb forequarter chops
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs white vinegar
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbs cornflour
Method

Step 1Brown chops and drain off fat. Place in a casserole dish.

Step 2Blend remaining ingredients together, stir and bring to the boil.

Step 3Pour over chops, cover and bake at 180C for 1 hour or until tender.
Recipe Notes
Serve on a bed of rice with green vegetables of choice.
