Ingredients

  • 8 lamb forequarter chops
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tbs white vinegar
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbs cornflour

Method

  • Step 1
    Brown chops and drain off fat. Place in a casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Blend remaining ingredients together, stir and bring to the boil.
  • Step 3
    Pour over chops, cover and bake at 180C for 1 hour or until tender.
