This honey and soy combo is perfect on pork rashers. Use thick cut, narrow rashers with rind on the edge. Paulene serve hers with sweet potato fries and a crispy side salad.
Ingredients
- 12 pork rashers
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tsp minced garlic
Method

Step 1Lay the pork rashers into the slow cooker.

Step 2Combine all the other ingredients and pour over the pork.

Step 3Cover and cook on high for 3½ hours, turning halfway through the cooking time, if possible, for rich colour on both sides. Remove rashers from cooking liquid and serve immediately.
