Ingredients
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar *to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup choc bits
Method

Step 1Sift the dry ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2Combine the liquid ingredients including the melted butter if using.

Step 3Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the liquid ingredients.

Step 4Mix until just combined, some lumps may remain.

Step 5Fill lined muffin holes ⅔ full and bake at 195C or 175° fan forced for 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Add a maximum of 1 cup choc chips. I prefer minis or chopped whole chocolate, dark or milk. Use oil or melted butter.
