Easy and quick to cook.
Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tbs parsley chopped
- 3 tbs red wine
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 750 g scallop
- 1/4 cup cream
Method

Step 1Melt butter in pan, add garlic, parsley, wine, salt and pepper.

Step 2Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3Add scallops and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4Stir in cream.

Step 5Heat through, do not allow to boil.
