Ingredients

  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tbs parsley chopped
  • 3 tbs red wine
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 750 g scallop
  • 1/4 cup cream

Method

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in pan, add garlic, parsley, wine, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add scallops and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Stir in cream.
  • Step 5
    Heat through, do not allow to boil.
Recipe Notes
Serve immediately. Use red or white wine.
