Tasty vegetarian rolls that can be eaten either hot or cold.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sage & onion stuffing mix
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 zucchini grated
- 1/2 red capsicum diced
- 130 g cream-style canned corn
- 1 tbs kecap manis
- 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients except for pastry, egg and sesame seeds. Mix well.

Step 2Separate pastry sheets, then cut in half lengthwise.

Step 3Spread mixture evenly along the centre of each strip.

Step 4Moisten edges with water.

Step 5Roll up as for a sausage roll to enclose filling.

Step 6Cut each roll into 3 pieces.

Step 7Place on a lightly greased oven tray or cover tray with baking paper

Step 8Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

Step 9Bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
