Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sage & onion stuffing mix
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 zucchini grated
  • 1/2 red capsicum diced
  • 130 g cream-style canned corn
  • 1 tbs kecap manis
  • 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except for pastry, egg and sesame seeds. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Separate pastry sheets, then cut in half lengthwise.
  • Step 3
    Spread mixture evenly along the centre of each strip.
  • Step 4
    Moisten edges with water.
  • Step 5
    Roll up as for a sausage roll to enclose filling.
  • Step 6
    Cut each roll into 3 pieces.
  • Step 7
    Place on a lightly greased oven tray or cover tray with baking paper
  • Step 8
    Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • Step 9
    Bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
