Sausage Mince Meatballs With Spaghetti Pasta

Ingredients

  • 100 g spaghetti
  • 1 kg sausage mince
  • 2 brown onions
  • 1 can asparagus
  • 1 tbs chilli powder
  • 30 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 g garlic
  • 100 g cheese grated
  • 2 packets mushroom and garlic pasta sauce sachet

Method

  • Step 1
    Season sausage mince with garlic granules, chilli powder, curry powder and worcestershire sauce. Mix. Roll sausage mince into meatballs. Place in oven on 200C until browned to your liking. Meanwhile, chop onion and asparagus.
  • Step 2
    When meatballs are almost done, cook pasta and mushroom sauce. When mushroom sauce heats up, add the onion and asparagus.
  • Step 3
    Drain meatballs on paper towel. Meanwhile, strain pasta and mix with mushroom, onion and asparagus sauce mix.
  • Step 4
    Once that's mixed together, place in a deep microwave-safe dish and place meatballs evenly over the top.
  • Step 5
    Top with cheese and put in microwave for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
