Extremely quick and fresh.
Ingredients
- 185 g canned tuna
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch mixed herbs chopped
- 1 red chilli chopped optional
Method

Step 1Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, drain.

Step 2Add tuna and warm through.

Step 3Stir in herbs and chilli, then serve.
Recipe Notes
I use fresh basil and parsley and sometimes top with parmesan and a squeeze of lemon. Any flavoured tuna can be used, I often use chilli tuna or lemon and cracked pepper tuna.
