Ingredients

  • 1 L water
  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 1 baby cauliflower
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 carrot
  • 4 potato
  • 4 squash
  • 200 g red split lentils
  • 150 g lean pork loin cutlets
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1
    Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.

  • Step 2
    Put all the ingredients in a large pot.
  • Step 3
    Add the water (make sure that the water level in the pot is approximately 5 cm lower than the level of the vegetables).
  • Step 4
    Cook on moderate heat for about 1½ hours until all the vegetables are well cooked.
  • Step 5
    Process to a puree using a food processor or a blender.
  • Step 6
    Serve with grated parmesan.
