Ingredients
- 1 sheet reduced fat puff pastry, thawed
- Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup light tasty cheese, grated
- Diced onion
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Sliced tomato
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan forced).

Step 2Place pastry on a perforated pizza tray, bake until puffed. Remove from oven.

Step 3Spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle over some cheese.

Step 4Top with onion, mushrooms and tomatoes. Sprinkle over remaining cheese.

Step 5Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is just golden.

Step 6Remove from tray and cut into 8 slices.
