Ingredients
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup pretzel broken into pieces
Method

Step 1Preheat fan-forced oven to 160C. Line a tin with baking paper.

Step 2Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3Add eggs one at a time and beat on low speed.

Step 4Mix through flour and cocoa.

Step 5Pour mix into prepared tin.

Step 6Gently press pretzels into the batter.

Step 7Bake in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
